And all those elements are in abundance at the luxurious Lake House, where diners are taken on a gastronomic journey thanks to a seasonal and locally inspired menu. With a glass of champagne in hand, over looking the lake, enjoy the excellent service and menu featuring raw King Fish with Asian influenced scallop dumplings and an aromatic ginger seafood broth that just slightly cooks the fish. Free range pork is served 3 ways - an agnolotto, filled with finely chopped and intensely flavoured braised pork, poached belly pan fried crisp, and disc of pink loin with fennel and apple salad.
Finish with a caramel poached pear served with cubes of ginger flavoured pain perdu, roast pear and ginger jellies. It\'s stunning.
