Shane Delia Maha Restaurant & Biggie Smalls, Melbourne
Frank Camorra MoVida Restaurants, Melbourne & Sydney
Ross Lusted The Bridge Room, Sydney
What can we say? This will be a Masterclass not to be missed!
Culinary Director Alla Wolf-Tasker AM has the enviable job of wrangling these three incredible chefs and restaurateurs in a full day of Masterclass demonstrations.
Needing no introduction – Shane Delia (always a Masterclass favourite) will return to the Cooking School kitchen fresh from celebrating the 10th birthday of his iconic ‘hatted’ Melbourne restaurant Maha. If you haven’t visited yet (make sure you do) you’ll know him from one of his many television roles including the host of Spice Journey and Channel 9 Postcards.
Frank Camorra – also a regular in the Cooking School at Lake House is back by popular demand. Barcelona born Frank is chef and co-owner of the Movida empire now including Original, Next Door, Aqui, Pacos Tacos and now Movida Bali. Inspired by the modern and traditional aspects of Spanish Cuisine as well as the dynamic tapas culture – Frank and his team have successfully shared the inspiration in Australia winning many awards along the way including Chef of the Year and multiple chefs hats.
And then there’s The Bridge Room’s Ross Lusted; Sydney Morning Herald’s Chef of the Year, the Weekend Australian’s Hottest Chef in Australia with multiple chefs hats under his belt; Ross and his ‘must visit’ Sydney Restaurant is a firm fixture on all the annual award listings. With a varied background in both high-end restaurants (Sydney’s Rockpool, Singapore’s Mezza9) and hotels (Aman Resorts globally), Ross is always an interesting presenter prepared to share his knowledge and experience with us all.
Day includes demonstrations, recipes, tastings, baguette lunch, wine & refreshments.
